gcj-6 software package provides GCJ byte code and native compiler for Java(TM), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcj-6
gcj-6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcj-6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcj-6 *
You will get with gcj-6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
